At Chee Hoon Ave, the goal was to create more than just a media room — the vision was to design a complete entertainment environment that feels immersive, comfortable, and seamlessly integrated into the home’s architecture.
This project combines a dedicated home theatre experience with a private KTV entertainment space, allowing the homeowners to enjoy cinematic movie nights, music sessions, and social gatherings within a single refined environment. Every detail was carefully considered to ensure the technology enhances the experience without overwhelming the interior design.
The home theatre features a large-format Epson projection system paired with immersive surround sound integration, delivering a cinematic viewing experience with impressive scale and clarity. Dark textured finishes, controlled lighting, and acoustic considerations help create an intimate atmosphere while maintaining a clean and sophisticated aesthetic throughout the space.
Alongside the theatre setup, the KTV room was designed to feel warm, inviting, and easy to enjoy for both family and guests. Integrated audio, ambient lighting, and thoughtfully planned seating arrangements work together to create a comfortable entertainment environment suited for both casual evenings and larger gatherings.
