At Marina One Residence, HAP completed multiple apartment technology projects with a focus on clean design, practical control and reliable everyday performance.
Five apartments were fitted with Control4 whole-home automation and Unifi full-home WiFi coverage, creating a smart living experience where lighting, entertainment, network and home control work together smoothly.

Whole-home automation for app-based control, smart scenes and easier everyday operation of connected home systems.
Unifi Full-Home WiFi
Network planning and Unifi WiFi coverage to support smart home devices, streaming, work and daily apartment connectivity.
AV Rack Management
Amplifiers and media source players were centralised into an AV rack to keep the living area clean and easier to manage.
CCTV Remote Viewing
Security CCTV was included for remote viewing, giving selected units stronger visibility and better peace of mind.
Invisible sound, clean living rooms and hidden equipment.
The apartments were designed with minimalist and spacious living rooms. Surround sound systems used invisible or in-wall speaker solutions so no floor space was taken up by traditional speaker placement.
