Service Agreement
This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for the provision of home wireless network services by HAP to residential customers in Singapore.
Service Description
HAP will design, install, and configure a TP-Link Omada Mesh Wi-Fi System tailored to the customer's needs and property layout.
Excludes:
- cabling management
- identification & HAP of data cables not related for WIFI setup
- connection of printer & other appliances
Customer Responsibilities
- Customer shall provide access to the premises for installation and maintenance purposes.
- Customer is responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection for the wireless network.
Installation and Setup
HAP will install the wireless network equipment professionally and configure the network settings according to the customer's requirements.
Any additional cabling or infrastructure work required will be quoted separately and subject to the customer's approval.
Service Fees and Payment
Customers shall pay the agreed-upon service fees per the chosen wireless solution package.
Payment is due upon completion of the installation and setup process.
Warranty and Support
HAP provides a one-year warranty on all hardware components and workmanship.
- Remote support services are included during the warranty period for troubleshooting and maintenance.
- On-site support may be subject to additional charges.
Limitations of Liability
HAP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the wireless network services.
The liability of HAP shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the services.
