⚠️ System Power (Important)

Always ensure the equipment rack is powered ON before using the system.

The following devices must be ON:

• TP-Link Omada Router

• Control4 Core 1

• AVPro Matrix

💡 Lighting Control

To operate the lights:

• Press the corresponding buttons on the keypad

• Each button controls a specific lighting group

🪟 Screen Control

To operate the motorized screens:

• Press the corresponding button as shown

• Screens will move up or down accordingly

🎥 Projector Input Selection

To change the projector source:

Step 1 – Access Equipment Rack

• Open the equipment rack

• Locate the AVPro Matrix

(Refer to image below)

Step 2 – Select Projector Output

• Ensure both projectors are selected as outputs on the AVPro Matrix

(Refer to image below)

Step 3 – Select Input Source

• Choose “Rostrum / Control Room” on the AVPro Matrix
